A few things you might be wondering.
Is 20 hours a week or a month?
All listed plans are monthly: 20, 40 or 80 hours per month. During our call, we can estimate which capacity makes sense for the work you want to delegate.
Will I have one dedicated assistant?
We assign the right people to your work and document the context so support can continue when someone is unavailable. We will explain your proposed working setup before you start.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. We can review your workload and discuss moving up or down for a future service period, subject to availability and the terms in your agreement.
What if I need more than 80 hours?
The 160-hour plan offers full-time-level monthly capacity. For a different workload or multiple support functions, we can build a custom team.
What happens to unused hours?
100% of unused hours roll into the immediately following billing month. Any rollover hours left at the end of that following month expire.
Can I add hours for one busy month?
Yes. You can purchase an additional block of hours, subject to availability, without permanently upgrading your monthly plan.
What happens after I schedule a call?
We discuss your priorities, the work you want handled and the way your team operates. Then we recommend a starting scope and send a clear proposal.
